Giving this branch and another branch 1 star should be zero stars. This branch would not cash a cashiers check from a navy federal credit union. Treated me like a criminal for trying to cash a check. Had the nerve to ask me what plans I had with the money to invest with them been a member since 2012 can not wait to close down my account

It's a good bank close to the house and walking distance not to mention they have Spanish speaking people and very friendly helpful and polite professional

Took time off from work for my appointment. When I went there, I was asked to sit and wait for a banker.
No one came to help me even after 15 minutes and I left because I had to go back to work. Unfortunately, it was not the first time that this happened with WF.
I had another appointment while ago at another branch and left after waiting for 30 mins because the banker who was supposed to help me didnt show up and other bankers didnt try to help.
This has never happened to me in other banks.

Waited 15 minutes. 4 people working only had one person helping customers. Absolutely ridiculous but about right for the company. Cant wait to switch banks Wells Fargo sucks!
