My little dude had pancreatitis, so we rushed him to the ER. The staff here were so caring and empathetic. They communicated very clearly with us just what was going on and gave us plenty of treatment options. They let us have a say in how we wish to proceed with our Max's treatment. I am very grateful, especially for our veterinarian Dr. Maya Jonas.

Dr. Martabano & her amazing staff miraculously gave me all the proper education & guidance to help save my American Eskimos left eye after a sudden neurological malfunction at his ripe age of 13. He now has regained his sight & is in a spectacular mood! They are the most compassionate, caring group! I & my pup felt safe & well cared for our entire experience! Very grateful!

I could not be more pleased with Dr. Cowan and her team! They were all so wonderful and made me and my fur baby feel safe and at ease. Dr. Cowan is very knowledgeable and informative which really helped me with some of my fears when discussing oncology options for my dog. Thank you all so much!

I had been wanting to come and leave a review for a while but the whole situation surrounding putting down our beloved Yorkie and old baby of 17 years has been weighing heavily on me. Today I received a very nice card in the mail from the Blue Pearl team expressing their condolences for our loss. I thought that was really sweet and the experience in office was wonderful (because they are good at what they do, obviously the situation itself sucked). Everyone that I interacted with was very kind and well suited for the difficult job that they perform; a very thoughtful, patient and knowledgeable group of people. The company that they work with that does the actual cremations also did a very nice job. Attached are pictures of our dog's ashes when we got them back.
