Count your money before you leave the drive thru! They shorted me a $100 and I had to drive back for my money! NON APOLOGETIC AFTERWARDS!! 😪

The bank personnel are good. The bank systems are not. They do not use Zelle. They automatically cancel your debit card if you have not used it for one year and do not notify you. Their systems do not work sometimes even if you do try to use your debit card, etc.

While I have mixed feelings about BBVA I have had extremely good experiences with this branch. Cheryl has helped us through a huge challenging construction loan, two refis and a couple big personal loans and she is great. She is extremely kind, knowledgeable and patient. I will always be happy to do business with her and the rest of the team at this branch.

Nope this bank is very regularly experiencing technical difficulties which then in turn frequently leaves you unable to use your debit card. I’m over them.
