Exceptional work! Dr. Casselman and his team brought me in for evaluations and screenings before starting any work. Following his program I no longer feel pains or aches daily. Highly recommend!

I have never been to a Chiropractor before, Im 47 years old. With that with the last heavy snow and moving ironically, I messed by back up. I went to my Orthopedic Dr. and I was given muscle relaxers and steroids, PT as well. None of this helped! My wife who is in Anesthesia came across an add on Insta. She booked me an appointment as I was desperate for any relief. After a 12 minute session on a very comfortable machine, I walked away from the appointment fixed!! I want to thank the Dr. and the staff for a wonderful, pleasant experience. I would 1000% recommend giving Pinnacle a shot for fix your back or whatever is hurting you as its much cheaper and works compared to Drs offices and going under the knife.

I was experiencing back pain, deep in my lower back, and searched Chiropractors near me in medical reviews, yelp and google... and though it's hard to miss Dr. Casselman and Pinnacle Chiropractic's 5 star reviews all over the place, it's lucky I found him and his staff. First of all, the staff is so friendly and fun to be around and they really focus on the plan Dr. Casselman created to treat my Scoliosus and Neuropathy... and I get it now why Dr. Casselman's treatment plan has really helped and relieved my pain. It's Dr. C's whole body approach I greatly appreciated and needed. He has a rehab area for decompression and stretches and strengthening techniques. His team works with me on my treatment plan, then I'm off to laser therapy for my Neuropathy in my lower legs, and a session of therapeutic ultrasound for my Rotator Cuff pain. I'm getting relief and greater mobility! Dr. C and I discuss Diet, and Homework (excerices and stretches he sends me home to do) and how to best treat my system, my body. I've learned a lot, I'm now more conscious of my health and how to treat it, and I am improving and healing where Rx medicine has failed and even damaged my system.

I typically dont give 5 star reviews, but Dr. Casselman and his team deserve nothing less. I came in looking for guidance / consultation on long term lower back pain and was so very pleased with the whole process. Every step was intentional and well communicated. Ive now completed my treatment and will definitely miss my weekly visits and the kindness of the team. If you are someone who is hesitant to take that next step with chiropractic treatment, I encourage you to try it out. Youll be happy you did. :)

Dr. Casselman and his staff were supportive and informative when I had a neck issue and followed through to make sure I understood the issue, therapy plan, and how to maintain a healthier outlook.
