Kevin did a phenomenal job on a full home renovation for us. He stayed tight to budget and wrapped the work from start to finish within 4 months. It's a 1977 home that had hardly been touched prior to, and with Kevin's work, is now 2024 modern and well above par with respect to comps in neighborhood.

We contracted with Kevin (Teleo Remodeling) in late October, 2021 for the remodel of our master bath; however, due to long lead times for vanity cabinets, etc. he was unable to start the project until February, 2022. The contract price was very competitive with others we received (total of 5). Kevin provided valuable assistance in making suggestions on various details of the remodel, some of which we had not thought of and provided us with quality suppliers for the shower doors and vanity top. Once the project was started, Kevin and his crew/subs were able to move through the project very efficiently completing the work in the time frame he had established. They were careful to protect the areas outside the work area and cleaned the work area at the end of the day. Would highly recommend Kevin for his hands on approach to the job and for the quality of his and his crew's work. Kevin and the crew are wonderful to work with. I've had the privilege of working with them on many jobs over the years and they are always top notch. Kevin is extremely thoughtful in his approach to remodeling and has excellent problem solving solutions if an issue does come up. They take great pride in their work and it shows throughout the entire process. Kevin and the crew are always friendly, courteous and professional. Teleo did an amazing job converting an office to a bedroom. It looks like it was part of the original construction. Kevin and his team were professional, punctual and delivered on time and on budget. Highly recommend!
