We had a fabulous experience working with Gavin and his team buying our most recent home. Jennifer was great to work with, staying in constant contact with us and being extremely responsive. Gavin and his team took the time to walk us through some of the more complicated parts of the extended process we went through and really were a great resource. We'd happily work with them again!

We decided to re-fi our existing Cross Country mortgage in order to use proceeds for investment purpose. Half way thru the process our plans changed, but we were encouraged to continue with the re-fi, which would see our original interest rate drop, saving a great deal on our monthly mortgage payment. I appreciate the folks at Gavin for staying on top of the process and always keeping us informed. This has been a difficult market due to COVID restrictions, but Team Gavin has been innovative and found how best to work around the challenges in our virtual world.

Awesome company, I worked with Danielle Sniff who was always responsive and got us a rate we were happy with. To the best of my knowledge, they were transparent and got me answers to all my questions even after closing. Would recommend to anyone looking for a home loan.
