I was so excited to find this store. I made a large dinnerware purchase. Many of the items were not in stock and it took awhile for the items to arrive. I am still waiting for an item. Now, the items have gone on sale.
I contacted customer service and you can guess that they will give me a discount on the one item that I’m still waiting for but no accommodations for the rest of the order. I feel robbed!
The store is a bit snooty too. I brought back 3 items to exchange due to defects in glazing and they had to check to see if they could exchange them. My order consisted of close to 50 pieces. Beware! They are happy to sell full price to you. Not so happy to give customer service or retain your business.

Proceed only if you don't care how you are treated. Honestly, this place needs to get over itself; they are so unfriendly, and inflexible. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else where you will be appreciated.
