When I dropped off the car there was nowhere to drop off the keys obvious no signs there was gas canisters, tubing, boards, tools and junk laying around both me and my friend without a doubt can say it was the most horrific business experience I've ever had they lied I have it recorded saying they would comp me $50 for the trouble after several calls never happened when I finally got a hold of one of this location's representatives to complain the man texted me which is extremely unusual for a business yelled at me over a call saying I put the keys in the wrong place saying they weren't there until I had my sister stop there physically on vacation saw the car was moved then they changed their story real quick looks like gas was being siphoned or something so incredibly trashy shady go anywhere else anywhere at all I will never forget this

Incompentence is the word if the day, everyday at this Hertz location. If my brother in law didn't already pay for the rental, I would walk away right now. I'll NEVER come back here.
