I highly recommend all season tax and books, itzel is very professional at what she does, she takes her time and doesn't rush you out and is really helpful. really respectful! It's hard to find people you trust nowadays.

I started using All season tax and books over 8 years ago. When I first came it was reasonable and ran very well. Over the years it has gone down hill. I went from paying just around $100 to do my taxes to them charging almost 4 times the amount. Copies of your past returns used to only cost $5. I returned today to see that they now charge $20 for said old paper work. Also doesn't look good when an employee parks in handicap and doesn't need it like I do. No placard!

I never had an issue until this year, they did my taxes wrong, so I went so they can fix it and they told me that instead of paying I was getting a refund, now I have to pay and I also got penalize because I dont know what they did!! I dont recommend at all, never going back ! Horrible experience
