Poor job. House next door sold for $119,000 more than appraised amount. Greatful we did not use this appraisal to base a sales price. We will use it to dispute tax assessment.

Please make sure you do your research. If you happen to land these guys as your Appraisal Team, be ready to dispute. Know your neighborhood and know your comps. They don't. They even missed that I have a fence surrounding my house. How does that even happen? Professionals, they are not.
