Took over 2 hours for a basic service. That's because i rushed them. Plus the vehicle didn't get washed. I'm thinking of going back to WCG.

Well, I bought a brand new Expedition from here for over $70,000. I have free oil changes for how ever many numerous years or gazillion miles, no appointment necessary. However, now they've changed ownership, and "unfortunately, we're under new ownership, AND we're short-staffed, so now oil changes are by appointment only, except Saturday, when it's first come, first serve". Doesn't say alot for your new ownership, and your customer service SUCKS. Don't worry, I won't buy another car from Ken Garff Ford again.
