I searched high and low for a Doctor/Office I felt respected and heard at, where I actually felt the Doctors and staffed listens, I have been attending this clinic for almost a year now and since they moved this office is horrible. Staff is rude and they treat you horribly. My main doctor is Rosanna Jennings and her nurse Miranda is amazing- the main front desk lady was Ashley and I really took to all 3 women. Since being moved they have hired new front desk ladies who are rude and disrespectful. For example, I called about a sinus infection and was personally attacked by someone at the front desk and lectured about “Covid” I was required to sit in my car, fine whatever but once let into the building (I didn’t have a mask, I never do, I ALWAYS got one from the office upon arrival) I was treated horribly cause I didn’t bring a mask to my appointment, in the year I have attended this clinic I never had an issue about not bringing a mask they always had one for me at the front- the lady who let me in the Building handed me a mask and let the door close on me while trying to walk inside. Then I was isolated in a glass room in front of the entire waiting room…. I feel if your office wants to require masks YOU can provide them to your patients, i’m not gonna go out of my way to buy one to wear for a 10 minute visit. I was then contacted about a follow up appointment and was lectured about no bringing a mask to my appointment and that I was added to a “no mask list” and if I showed up again with out a mask they would deny treatment. She advised they don’t provide masks which I think it funny considering I was in their building 24 hours prior and received a mask from staff and I have always received masks from the front desk. I get the mask policy whatever but like I said if your clinic requires a mask YOU should provide it. I have canceled all my appointments with this office due to the disrespectful front desk ladies, I wouldn’t recommend this office at all anymore since moving and hiring new staff the clinic has gone down hill.

This place doesn't even deserve one star. I have never had such a horrible experience at a doctor's office before this. I was scheduled to see a doctor because I was very sick with covid symptoms and I went in they made me wait 20 minutes before telling me that I couldn't see a doctor because I wasn't established with a doctor there and that the doctor that I was supposed to see had went home. They waited 20 minutes to tell me this making me wait there while they could have called me, but no they decided to waste my time meanwhile well I'm sicker than a dog. They scheduled me to come in for the next day to see a provider and to get established. I called them before my appointment to let them know that I was running a little bit late, they tell me that I can no longer go to my appointment because I am discharged as a patient. I tell them why would you schedule me in the first place and make me come into your office for an appointment then tell me I had to leave then reschedule me again and not call to tell me that I was discharged as a patient if that was the case. They said oh well somebody called you this morning and left a voicemail. No, nobody called me and told me anything. I asked why I was discharged as a patient and they couldn't tell me all they said was that I needed to call and talk to the manager. This place is literally the worst do not establish care here with any of these providers especially Dr hickey. I will be calling their administrative office to let them know what they are doing to patients.
