Quite dirty. Toilet tank flapper was broken and had to be re-aligned after each flush. No luggage cart available. Bathroom was dirty and a wet dirty cleaning towel was left in the room. Only 2 total towels in the room. Night registar was unfriendly and difficult. I've never complained about anything before. Stayed regularly Quality Inns on this trip and all were exceptionally good except the Golden site.

Do not stay here. The hallway floor was filthy, didn't seem like it had been vacuumed in weeks. There was weird residue on the desk, the toilet seat was yellowed and cracked, the bathroom ceiling was moldy, the elevator shuttered horribly, the bed was lumpy and saggy, the hotel room floor had clumps of grime, even the mirror was dirty. The blackout curtains were hung to the ceiling just for looks- they couldn't be drawn. One was even coming unhooked from the wall. There was a weird electrical buzzing noise through the night, and the heater was not only loud, but also audibly vibrating against the wall. This was truly the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Oh- did I mention that it took nearly 10 minutes for an employee to show up at the desk to check us in?

Great place to stay very Professional staffing I've been to a lot of hotels between here and Austin TX and this place is the best if it's late and you need a room I would just come here

If you aren't using a credit card at the time of check-in the deposit of $150 cash is required, other than that room was clean but felt outdated. Night clerk was friendly and service was good.
