I really used to love this place. Although with my last visit this will be the last time a patron Launch. Pretty sad about it. I watched the barista deliberately make my drink wrong two visits in a row. Strictly too lazy to pour four shots of espresso for my oatmeal latte. I’ve been coming here for years and I know what my almost 9 dollar drink tastes like. Once I only got two shots, as I watched her make it from the bar by the door. Paid for four. Another time, I got a stale shot that was sitting from a single shot drink going out in addition to two shots that were actually pulled for my drink. Still missing one that I paid for. Any time I’ve confronted the bar I’ve been denied that my observations were incorrect. I managed cafes for 8 years, I know how to properly craft coffee in a fast paced environment. Launch can’t seem to get the busy times down with having orders that are correct and making food and drink properly. As well as the food portions that are minuscule in comparison to what was. I miss the old management, good luck to those who carried this place proper for many years. I hope the best to the new management and staff. Thanks for a few great years.

Love the vegan chili and the cappuccinos, the wifi is fast and the service is friendly.
