I have a huge problem with their "phone number" policy in order to return items and to obtain a receipt. She indicated that she might accuse me of not having paid for my purchase when I walked out because I didn't have a receipt. I believe this policy to be illegal and I will be researching this practice. The clerk who waited on me last night was rude and I let her know I will purchase something from that shop when hell freezes over.

Came at 5:20pm on a Saturday, doors were locked and they were closed. Both the posted sign and website stated they should be open :/

I want to sincerely apologize to the beautiful young woman with the blue hair who works at Sally Beauty. You were very sweet and were only doing your job, as well you should. It was no fault of yours or your employers that I had recently suffered the loss of my best friend of 32yrs. When deciding to write my review that evening the realization of that fact had not fully set in quite yet. I had not allowed myself the necessary time to process my emotions and the grief that came with her death. After a couple of days, I realized that not only could I not stop thinking about my friend, but was unable to stop thinking about what I had written in that review. And that it could have potentially caused a great deal of problems for this kind young woman. So, I immediately went online and removed it. I only hope, I was able to, quickly enough that it did not cause any serious issues.
I sincerely hope nothing awful happened as a result of my quick to judge impulsive actions. It was wrong. I am sorry. I do hope to find you still working there. Friendly, smiling and doing a wonderful job, just as you were that day. :-)
