I havent been to a salon in over a decade due to a terrible experience. I finally mustered up the courage to go to a salon to get my hair cut, and Great Clips was all I could afford. The staff was friendly but I left with the most god awful hair cut Ive ever had. I was in the chair for less than five minutes. The lady who cut my hair cut it straight across and that was it. It is incredibly blunt, uneven, and choppy. I know Great Clips isnt the best but you would assume they at least know how to cut hair. I will never step foot inside any salon again after this experience.

Came here as a kid always got an alright cut. My schedule has been tight so I was stoked to see that I could sign in online. Waiting for an hour for the app to tell me that there was no wait. Signed in and showed up. Waited for 30 minutes while the only two stylists already had several individuals in front of me. I walked out of the store. Being told your spot is ready only to wait defeats the purpose of the app.

Most of the stylist were very friendly. The woman who seemed to be the manager, was very grouchy looking maybe she was having a bad day. My husband asked for a certain style and showed pictures, it was done mostly how asked. Besides her saying it wouldn't match fully because everyone wears cuts different. Maybe that's true. . All in all it was a good experience on a busy Saturday afternoon.
