image I had the best experience buying a refrigerator today, Bry is the associate and shes helped me before buy a dishwasher and today we bought the new LG without the linear compressor so we should be ok there. We had a problem with the old Frigidaire but bought the Lowes warranty and it worked out super slick. Without Bry we would be lost in the paperwork nightmare. Thank you Bry, for always helping us along the way.

image Thought I'd give it another try. This store is for sure lacking in customer service! Telling a customer to wait while you go through stock, and telling them you can go back there and look for yourself, are not good customer service
"Thank you" are two amazing words that each customer should hear. Especially when you have no cashier lanes open and the customer is doing the work for your business and saving you money.
It would be nice to have at least one cashier lane open. Also please educate the cashier at the self checkouts military discount is not the same as promotional.
Update: do not buy plants from here. They will not return them. Even with a receipt expect to have to put up a fight for your money back. Also be prepared to be lied to. When they say it can go on a gift card, they will not put it on a gift card.
The amazing service that Janell provides is the only reason it's not 0 stars. She can teach customer service workers what customer service is!
Update **Ask Janell if you have any questions at all she'll take care of you!! My first review was - stars but Janell brought it up to a 4 star review!** When I was checking out today the cashier said she couldn't take my military ID. First time I'd heard this. Maybe they dont give a military or veteran discount anymore.
Not impressed. Stood and waited to be helped for over 20 minutes in the paint dept. The person helping me didn't know any of my answers about paint. When I asked for a total between 2 paints something didn't add up. I was told it would be over $400 without tax. I did the math and it turned out paint would be about $250. Yes they used a calculator. Went back to get my paint after the wait they said. I was told, "we don't have that paint." That just doesn't seem right. Come to find out they had mixed paint (over 10 gals) "with the wrong base."

image Im a 66yrs old Military Retired and a Veteran, today after been a customer of this store for 8 years I was heavily mistreated and disrespected by the store manager on duty her name was Mrs. Viena or Venicia some like that. I purchased the wrong size of wood (15 pieces) for my fence and came back to have Lumber Department to cut it. An associated in the customer service department that I could not remember his name with a red beard told me that they dont do that and after I told him that I always have my wood cut or resize there he verified with the manager on duty Mrs Viena and she told me that they dont do that. I them proceed to return the merchandise and right after I went to the Lumber department and an associated there told that he will cut it for me, right them when he was going to cut the wood he told me that they have the wood with the measurements that I want (5 feet) and I went ahead and got 15 pieces and went to the register to pay. When I went pull my Debt card from my mini metal wallet all the cards came out and two of them went to the register side. The cashier give me one, I told her is another that fall also and she said was only one, after I told her look better under your register and all your area because is another Credit Card Im missing and she keep tell me no was only one. At that time I request a manager and Mrs Viena came over and another guy that work in that Department by the name of Richard. They start looking in the register area and Ricard found my other card that I was missing, at that time I got pretty upset and told the cashier . I told you was two card I did raise my voice but at no time I was screaming or use any profanity, I was really mad and Mrs Viena told Im going to paid for this and you on your way. I told her I pay for my merchandise and the other associated, Richard said She want you to roll man I was lost for a second but them realized that roll mean for them get-out . After all this happen I was right all the time they was wrong and their behavior was mistreatment and disrespectful, thats definitely not customer service. I will not tolerated this Im going to do everything in my power to rectify this situation. After all I was right, Lowes Lumber Department cut the wood and my Credit Card was by the register and the cashier refuse to search her area. We cant tolerated situations like this and dont allow this treatment by this kind of store .. I recommend a re-training on all persons involved about Customer Service skills customer satisfaction is a must, mistreatment and disrespect is a ZERO tolerance.. Neither less I forgot to mention that during my first purchased of the wrong pickets it was a couple Father and Son in the Lumber Department awaiting to get their pickets cut and it was a significant amount probably 200 of them, I clearly remember this because this two gentleman have the unique characteristic they both was at least 65 tall .We definitely cant no choose customer who we are going to cut the wood and who we are not going to cut the wood, thats call discrimination and pretty sure thats not in comply with Lowes corporate philosophy. After all we have cameras in place to review and verify everything that im said. I challenge the owner to review this tape and take appropriate action. The least we can do is be all in the same page i. e. managers, associates, cashierI and treat everybody with respect. At this point the Lowes crew not only been disrespectful and mistreat customer but dont look professional at all. I will get to the bottom of this and follow up to resolve this issue. Please do not respond to this review with the generic respond that show in this website, take action and correct it.
