First time dealing with this clinic went like this: Drove an hour and a half to get my kid's physical completed. After the 1.5 hour drive, the clinic called to cancel with no prior notice. Now, dealing with them again to get a prescription filled has been an absolute nightmare. First the Dr. prescribed the prescription incorrectly (no dosage or instructions), then the Dr. change the prescription without notifying the patient. After all that, the change in prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy. Have been waiting for over a week to get a prescription filled, still waiting. Everybody seems to be doing something else except caring for their patients.

Went on a Friday to take a pre-employment drug screening for a new job, and they refused to test me due to the fact they cant hold the sample over the weekend. This morning I show up and they send me to another location. Because only one person on the who building can process the screening. So I go to the facility in the next town over and they cant process me because the other location has the paper. Then ask me to wait for the paper work to be brought the other location. All the while I'm expected to hold my urine... Not happy at all. Terrible service. I find it disrespectful and lazy.

I'm incredibly frustrated with this office. This is pertaining my 72 year old grandfather who has been trying to get his insulin refilled for a week. As anyone with insulin, it is a life necessity for him and we even drove from Orchard to the Fort Morgan office to handle this. The woman at the front desk took his info and ten minutes later told us to give them an hour and a half to have this filled. I called Walmart and hour and a half later and still nothing was called in my the office. I called Banner Health and was placed on the phone with their call nurse who immediately sent the refill over and said this was the first she had heard of him needing this refill placed. I'm disgusted that the office staff doesn't fulfill their duties when it comes to an elderly man (or anyone's) health and that we had to jump through hoops for a simple insulin refill. I drive from Denver to come help him with this and now we have been killing time in Fort Morgan for hours waiting for this when it should have been handled the first time he called a week ago, on last Monday. I expect better from healthcare facilities and hope the staffing problems are remedied so better care can result for the patience here.

I have been happy with the doctors and this review is not of any physicians but of the clinic operations. Over the last couple years though, the customer services had declined significantly. Front office staff do not seem to have the training or authority to perform their jobs well and insurance billing has become a nightmare. I never had a problem in the past, but in the last 2 years they are regularly coding incorrectly and submitting multiple claims for the same charge. When I called the main billing office in Arizona, even they said "I don't understand what they did." I have finally decided I am just going to "eat" my $200 outstanding balance and see if I can find a new primary care.
