Karmen Kelly was welcoming, super helpful and made the tax filing process really smooth.
Their online portal for uploading documents makes it even easier to not need prints of all your docs.
Expensive/Pricey for Non-resident taxes. They charge 40-50$ per form(Salary, Stock, Interest documents)
Recommend if you do not have a weekend free to do it yourself.

Made an online appointment at north college location, know one showed up. Sat for over an hour. Go online and says the office is open. Come to find out that location is closed until January. How can you make an on-line appointment for that office and that office is closed. Worst service ever.

Very unhappy with the service we received. After our initial meeting it was obvious the lady doing our taxes did not know what she was doing. I watched her scroll around not finding things and going to the help screen. Our taxes are not complicated. We scheduled a follow up which she called to reschedule 15 minutes before we were supposed to be there. Then did the same thing with that rescheduled one. On the 3rd try, she asked us to bring more documents 20 minutes prior to the meeting. We did, however, after a couple months of waiting for our ammended return, it turns out she filed it electronically and it was supposed to be filed by mail. They said they called us about it but they didn't leave a message, call back, or email. Original meeting was in March, we're still waiting for our ammended return. Be careful who you get here.
