We brought 2 very sick kids into this place 1 was more sick than the other. 2 hour drive to get there. They admitted one child for an overnight stay but would not let dad or the second child stay with mom and child 1. Instead they kicked dad and the 7 year old sick girl out to sleep in the car. At 3am. Talk about a family already having a rough day. THEY DONT CARE! The head nurse had the ability to decide if dad and child 2 (who was treated there that day) could stay or not. But decided to instead them sleeping in the car would be better. Also there wasn't a soul on that floor the place was completely empty! we explained that dad was tired from driving all day. Their response ? NOT MY PROBLEM! HONESTLY COMING FROM A MOTHER OF 7 FIND ANY OTHER PLACE TO GO!!!!!

Went here because my daughter wasn't feeling well. Was waiting for the results for her test. My daughter is sleeping because she's sick and they littererly were constantly coming into my room. Oh wrong room. Oh I'm stocking right now. Oh sorry just grabbing something. Littererly came into my room four different times and it wasn't for my daughter's care. Never had this happen at Banner health. Absolutely ridiculous.

They take great care of their patients until it comes to paying the bill. I made a payment arrangement through their website and have faithfully paid every month and they sent me to collections! Seriously?!? As a single mom I dont just have several thousand dollars laying around I can give to you all at once. So very frustrating and disappointing.
