I went to Krash to get a new phone screen and they had it ordered and replaced so quickly. Everyone there was extremely nice and helpful too. Definitely recommend!

Excellent experience ! Ashley went above and beyond to help us this evening; it was the end of her work day yet she patiently assisted us and even stayed late to make sure our needs were met. My phone was repaired within an hour, customer service was superb and I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the bill. Additionally, Krash is the only locally owned, family business left in Fort Collins that offers these electronic repair services. It’s nice knowing that my money stays in the community and is directed away from corporate conglomerates. Support your local economy! And thank you Krash for helping us out at the end of the day and doing it so proficiently and with a friendly smile. I’ll definitely be coming back with any further electronic issues.
