We have had the good fortune of having lived in a Frameworks timber frame home for ten years now and we are as proud of it and excited about it today as we were the day we moved in.
We have built three different custom homes and with those three projects, Frameworks was one of the only suppliers/contractors who came in on time, on budget and everything was as promised. The quality and craftmanship on the Frameworks timber frame is next to none.
Once we completed our Frameworks project we became one of the family with Frameworks staying in touch, always available to answer any questions or provide any assistance.
We couldnt be happier with our Frameworks timber frame home and our relationship with Adrian and the entire Frameworks crew!

We sincerely appreciate the patience and understanding as my husband and I took time to re-evaluate our goals, drawing upon the invaluable knowledge Frameworks shared with us. In our recent discussion with the team, we recognized the need to carefully consider various factors before proceeding with our build.
Should we decide to move forward with our custom build, there is no other team we would prefer to collaborate with. I had a consultation with Frameworks Custom Homes and spoke with Adrian, the owner. My request was to get pricing on building my dream home. I wasn't sure if this home was within my budget or not and Adrian offered a neutral approach allowing me to see the pros and cons of buying verses building. I appreciated the time he took to walk me through the process.
The fact that Frameworks is a design/build company allows them to envision the home and then bring it to life. He mentioned several ways we could reduce fees but was also upfront about costs. What I loved most about them was the fact that Frameworks doesn't use a cost plus building model - meaning that you won't get quoted a price and then find out you owe more money. I would highly recommend Frameworks. They do great work and are fair and transparent.
