      image I have been with First Bank for well over 10 years. It is probably the best bank I've ever done business with. They are helpful even if the error was my own fault. When I call their 800 number I get a real live American who is friendly, knowledgeable, and can solve the problem. The local staff has always been friendly, helpful, and waits are no longer than, and usually shorter than, other banks I've had business with.
