image I've brought in about 5 or 6 pairs of climbing shoes. Always ready on time and done well. Nice to find a local shoe repair shop that does good work.

image Steve has been resoling my climbing shoes and hiking shoes and boots for years.I would not go any where else unless I had to. He is a fair and terrific
business person. His boot store has been open constantly since the early 7o’s and he is always there. This is unusual in today’s world and I really appreciate it. He knows about what is happening in Estes Park and contributes so much to the spirit of the place.
He has done a consistently great job on my shoes and boots..

image was told to go here to have my hiking shoes resoled. was told it would be around $20, this was from hikers who live in Estes. He told me it would be $80 to resole. I only paid $100 for the shoes on sale. I am sure he does great work, but to me, i might as well buy a new pair of hiking shoes. He said I was misinformed about the cost.

image I got my Asolo Snowpine leather three-pin backcountry ski boots re-soled by this shop 14 years ago. They did an amazing job!! My heavily used boots came back looking like new. They put on a new sole just like the original, and polished and snow-sealed the leather uppers. I still use these boots several times each winter, and I'm eternally grateful to Komito Boots for allowing me to keep these fantastic boots which haven't been made for many years.
