I had a (finished) basement bedroom window broken by a huge slab of 2 feet of wet roof snow blowing out a window well. Alpha gave me a free estimate, showed up on time to the minute, completed the job in 90minutes, and removed the broken glass from the bedroom carpet.
I would not only give them the highest available rating, but also plan to immediately give them a call if/as/when I have any window issues in future.

Exceeded expectations!!! The other glass place I called said no need to make a house call to assess a settling shower door. Advised the only option was to fabricate a new one, which would be a minimum of $1000. I called Alpha Glass & Window, resigned to the fact that I would need a new door. Tech fixed it for the price of a house call, took measurements, and promised to keep them on file on the outside chance it settles again, so we can fabricate a new one if needed, without another house call!

Im doing a remodel for a customer and during construction one of the windows was broken. The tech that came to measure my window was punctual and polite to the homeowner. He was professional and prompt. Thank you Marcos, much appreciated.

Alpha glass was amazing to work with. Everything that was promised they delivered on. Marcos the installer did a fantastic job and went over all dos and donts, also what the warranties were on everything. Shower door looks great.
