Just moved back to the Valley and found Dr. Anne. She had great covid protocols in place. I felt very safe. She cleaned the equipment before and after I used them. She took time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions. Great experience. Don't listen to these other peoples low ratings. She is a very knowledgeable doctor. On the door it says "No Walk Ins" and being an eye doctor she has to keep strict covid protocols. I 100% recommend.

Very professional and when I left I had a very thorough understanding of my situation. I was given all options, nothing left out. All in all very appreciative and happy of my experience here. Thanks

They are very RUDE! One day they had the door open like at around 7:30am and I needed to get my kids glasses fixed for school, so I decided to drop him off at school first and then pass by and get the glasses fixed. So the door was open like I was saying and Dr. Anne Pence was there and so was her so called employee, then I came in and said hello... and Dr. Anne Pence immediately kicked me out by Yelling at me "WE'RE NOT OPEN!" "NOT BECAUSE YOU SEE THE DOOR OPEN, IT MEANS IT'S OPEN!" she didn't even let me speak or say anything else but hello. She was rude and I decided to leave and NEVER COME BACK. I didn't deserved to be treated that way. Her business and reputation deserve a -0 star. They also attempt to charge me what my son's insurance already paid for! They actually billed me. I called the Insurance and got that fixed. They were charging twice!
