Excellent hotel, very clean, there's places to eat near by, the staff was very friendly, I enjoyed the stay.

Hotel was very reasonably priced compared to others in the area.
Front desk ladies were very kind when we checked in. Even made sure to tell us to grab a treat for our dog Pet fee is very reasonable and is only a deposit refunded when you check out. All hotels need to do this. Thank you.
Room was great and everything was new. Wishing we would have been able to grab breakfast but we had to head out early.

We stayed in Sep 2021, so things may have changed since then.
Liked - Newish hotel, so everything was fresh and updated. Decent amount of outlets for electronic devices. Fluffy towels, down pillows, comfortable beds. Good amount of counter space. Very good hot breakfast with eggs, bacon, waffles and the usual non-hot items. Friendly, professional staff. Clean and relatively quiet. Appreciated the fridge and microwave in the room
Disliked - The reason we didnt give this a much higher score was that the elevator was broken during our 2 night stay. Normally, we wouldnt mind the hike to the top floor (we are in good shape), but we had a lot of stuff to haul, so it was many trips up and down. Plus it was hot in Durango while we were there, so it was unpleasant to come home sweating and have to hike up the stairs. I think the staff should have notified us of this inconvenience and offered a discount on the room. For as much money as we paid, we want a working elevator! Wifi was slow and dropped once while I was using it.

Perfect place to stay. 15 minutes from the Durango Airport. Very convenient. Room was very clean and quiet
