Why have a sign on 8th Street pointing to Drive Through and ATM if there's no ATM on that side? You have to circle around back to the front of the bank, or risk your life with oncoming traffic to get to the correct side of the Drive Through. So annoying. As is bank verification while traveling. Why won't the system allow me to get a text or email instead of a phone call?

My husband and I were trying to open a joint account, we filled out the paper work and signed and they told us to come back later because theyre was a problem with the paper work. We came back about a week later and told us we couldnt open a joint account because my husband already had an account. The account was opened on the same day we tried for a joint account, there was $0 dollar deposit, the signature didnt match my husbands, there was an overdraft for a paper statement that came out to over $200, there was no card active nor did they send one and the manager that supposedly opened the account quit. They never called us back or helped us resolve this matter. What do I do?

Look at all these horrible reviews: there is a reason TBK has horrible reviews from so many people! Read the fine print or they literally deplete your account! Don't do it, go to Wells Fargo, BOC, BSJ ALPINE. they aren't the greedy outsiders and they are WAY SUPERIOR. TBK IS RUN BY SCHEISTERS....Plan on reading every word and getting ripped off!!! Merry Christmas back, TBK. Enjoy my money!
