Restoration 1 quoted us 3x the cost of two other companies for mold remediation. $12,000 vs $4,000, really? Leaving this here as a PSA to shop around before you hire anyone. Our current remediation specialist has even lowered the cost of what they originally quoted because the space wasnt as big as they thought.

Wes is great! I bought my first house ~2years ago, and in the last year have had 2 leaks in my house related to heavy storms. After experiencing a water pipe break which flooded my home, I can honestly say that the only good thing that came out of this experience was Restoration 1 of West Denver. They responded quickly and handled the situation professionally along with kindness. They also did my remodeling and working with the Project Manager, Tyson was a blessing! He was so responsive to all of my calls and questions and was kind and patient even when I wasn't in the best frame of mind. The work they did was on time (just like he promised) and looks beautiful.
