POOP 911 Greater Denver

They used to be great. I’ve used this company at two different homes now and while our experience at our first home was extraordinary, our current experience continues to lack in communication and consistency. We restarted service early December and while the first service went fine, every week after has either been days late, or skipped entirely. While life, weather or holidays happen - all I’ve asked of the owner, Jory, is to communicate these delays or needing to skip services. I would’ve been entirely satisfied if a quick text, call or email would’ve gone out and said: “we are unable to scoop the yard this week on your scheduled day due to XYZ, we will be out (next week/in two days/ etc.).” However, I’ve had to reach out each time to ask for an explanation.. every week. I’ve explicitly asked Jory to communicate and have told him it would go miles in terms of our experience with Poop911 but he continues to refuse to be proactive but instead reactive in his communication. And to top it all off, prices have increased in the new year. So while I would normally be okay with an increase for compensation of the techs and their time…. Jory hasn’t improved the quality of his overall service and customers will continue to suffer. Jory, I’m just asking for you to communicate proactively… Service: Yard waste removal

We have been very pleased with our service however, we did have a very unprofessional encounter with our last service on 12/24/21. The gentleman was very upset about some family matters screaming on the phone and rapidly did the yard. My neighbors text me to see if I was okay due to them hearing the screaming. I didn’t see the message right away but upon his departure he sped off very unsafe like and my neighbor came rushing over to make sure I was okay. I let them know I was but wasn’t sure what that was all about. We love the service but hopefully the next service we don’t face something like this again otherwise we’ll have to cancel our services. I really liked the work that was done and I will continue using them until I’m able.,meaning I fell and I’m non weight bearing for a while.. they were right on it for me came two days after I called and will come every Friday.. They used to be great but not anymore techs charging us when they didn't clean up any poop and to think I have cams watching my home and yard not professional at all I canceled my services
