image BEST experience I have ever had buying a phone! Wyatt and Felipe were so helpful. They got me a great half-price deal on the latest phone, found me a 303 number, and were super nice - best part was it was all done less than 10 minutes! I have never bought a phone that fast in the 20 years I have been buying phones. Store was super clean. Everyone was super helpful. The ONLY place to buy a phone these days! Thank you!

image Lorenzo and Moe are the best. Stop by and they will take care of all your phone needs. Great deals for Mother’s Day. A clean, safe store to shop in while social distancing.

image At&t is an awful, thoughtless company with no actual procedure to address the death of a family member. They incentivize account holders to have several phone lines with their pricing, but no process for seperating those lines should the accountholder die while family members are on the plan. The experience of the surviving family is that of a headache and upfront extortion.
I have gone into this location on 5+ separate occasions, over the course of 3 months, to resolve my disceased father's ovedue balance, port phone numbers, and get devices unlocked. I would like to keep my phone number (a # I have had since I was 10) and devices (one was a gift from several years ago and the other was paid off and belonged to my father). At&t's automated systems would not allow me to transfer billing responsibilities, as was my original intent. I was planning to remain with At&t. They quoted me $120/mo for a single phone line, if I were to transfer billing responsibilities to my name and payment information.
I have paid well over $600 to restore services that were repeatedly cut over a 3 week timeframe. At&t has requested an excess of $1000 for an account I personally never signed up for, nor was ever responsible for, and for devices I never knew existed. I have been forced to choose between paying for the last gift ever given to me by my father, and rent money.
Every team member I had spoken to was astonishingly unhelpful and unable to act on my issues. Their only solution was to call support teams who were also ultimately unable to do anything, or who requested I make payments frequently in excess of $100. Support teams I had already spoken to over the phone on countless occasions at home, attempting to resolve this with my own resources and time.
I had been told on two separate occasions I should have been able to network unlock my devices or port my numbers, did the procedures in the store with the assistance of associates, and had the systems reject the requests after I left the store.
It took until my fifth visit to this location for the team to escalate my issue to their backend support team that is supposed to handle special cases such as my own. They told me this procedure would take approximately 2 weeks, and that my service will remain on until the outstanding balance was resolved. Something that should have been done as soon as it became apparent my father's overdue balance was going to be an obstacle towards me creating my own account with them. Instead, the issue was dragged out over the course of several months, allowing At&t to continue to bill an account (and drive up an already exorbitant overdue balance) with 4 lines, 3 of which were inactive and the last a line they refused to release under any circumstances.
I have gone into this location again, a week after they told me they would begin escalating the issue and provide email correspondence. My phone service was unexpectedly cut for a third time, upon which the team members where exceedingly condescending and ill tempered when I returned. They told me I could "simply call support to have service reinstated", when last time I did that (at the beginning of the month) support "could" only restore service after I paid them $300.
This location has given me a lifelong mission to warn every potential customer away from the disease that is At&t and their horriffic, unsympathetic policies regarding the death of a family member. Do not give them your money or your service, and especially do not come to this location. I will never use At&t services, or any of their related companies as a result of the experiences of both this company and the employees at this location. I will not support any brand that At&t sponsors. I will tell every person I know or encounter to deprive At&t of their patronage.
I will be fowarding this description of my experiences at this location to the highest ranking employee of At&t whose contact information is publicly available.
