Never live at one of their properties!!! It took them a month to fix an electrical issue and I still don't have a working microwave. Its been over 6 weeks since I put in my initial request.
Edit: its been over two months since the microwave broke and still no word on when we will get a new one.

I am a current resident at The Pullman. Lincoln has recently taken over as management for the building and it is becoming a nightmare.
1. The leasing staff is reactive instead of proactive and has zero clue on what to do. Ryan shares resident's files with other residents and discloses personal information.
2. The security is awful and homeless people are getting into the building all the time.
3. The Regional Manager, Laura is standoffish and rude. She refuses to fix any of these issues and makes up constant excuses.
I am very unhappy with Lincoln Property Company and can not believe how bad they are.

Lincoln Property Company owns/manages TwentyOne01 on Market. I have been attempting to reach them for weeks after TwentyOne01 stole money from us and began screening our calls. We have attempted to make contact by phone and email close to 100 times at this point including numerous voicemails, so I'm confident that both Lincoln Property and TwentyOne01 are screening our calls. I will have likely have to pursue this in court since they refuse to speak with me.
My review for their property is below:
Do not bother submitting an application here. Aside from the fact that they charge an excessive application fee, you can expect total non-communication from the leasing agents as soon as they have your money.
I'm not sure if they're lazy and incompetent, or if they're screening my calls, but either way I've placed literally 17 outgoing calls and left a voicemail in the past week while my partner has called at least a dozen more times and sent an email, and we have heard nothing from the leasing office.
My partner also wrote a review detailing our experience and the leasing staff had the audacity to respond by lying and pretending they don't know who she is. Well... they have her money and they re-affirmed to her bank that they're not interested in refunding it, so I'm pretty sure they know who she is.
Oh, and between December 30th and January 7th (after making it clear that time was of the essence before submitting our application and paying our fee) we couldn't manage to get anyone on the phone. They didn't do any work either. No credit check, no application processing, no lease, nothing. When we finally did get through on the phone, Chelsie Downie (leasing agent) acted like we were rude and impatient and explained 9 days of ignoring us by saying "it was the holidays". A 9-day New Year's Day ? I guess they are just lazy after all...

I have NO hotwater and pay $1635 per mth! DO NOT COME HERE! Maintenence is rude and disrespectful! Management is not responsive and of poor quality! They haven't even offered a key to take a shower! We will be in court if they don't fix this ASAP! It is unreasonable, and unsanitary to live with NO hot water! In addition, the dishwasher needs to be replaced, we requested the refrigerator be repaired for loud noises and was told the compressor needed to be replaced but has not been replaced! This is slum lord Material!

Never live at a Lincoln Property Company managed residence. It is not safe.
Twice people entered my apartment without my permission or even knowledge ahead of time. The Lincoln Property manager denied this...until I showed her security camera footage. Then she didn't have much to say. Right now they are having issues with their accounting system and seem totally unable to take payments, despite demanding them. I'm considering taking them to small claims court and you should too if you're in a similar situation.
