      image Was very dissatisfied with the check in. I arrived 20 min early, they had the wrong person down, wrong birth year and wrong last name. Was having trouble with the computers and so it was tremendously difficult and I had to make the trip up to the area and back down then up again. I wondered just how competent the whole place was. The dr and nurses were very nice and made me feel at ease somewhat. All in all it was not a very good experience.
