When I posted an unfavorable review on another "review site" for what I perceived as deceptive areas of practice of Olson Law Firm, I was contacted by, John, asking to recant my post.
What I perceived as an patronizing "ear", with Olson Law, asked if I would send them: video of raw sewage coming from my ceiling of my hotel, medical documents of my seven day hospitalization due to my exposure, along with other documents from Colorado Health department, Olson Law beloved I didn't have any type of legal case.
Despite this, Olson Law, once again asked for me to delete my negative review.
Only because of the deceptive/ inaccurate professed areas of practice and expertise, I declined to do so.

In March of 2020 my 16 year old son was a passenger in a rollover accident and thrown 100 feet from the vehicle. He sustained multitudes of injuries including a broken thoracic spine, traumatic brain injury, broken ankle and much more. Covid had just begun to shut the world down and he was hospitalized for weeks, plus months of personal care at home.
I wanted to put it down in writing just how much I appreciate the genuine effort, care and time that has been put into our case. I never could have settled this on my own, despite my 10-year background in insurance recovery with the state. Olson Law Firm has made this effortless on our end and helped to ease so many of our worries throughout. You made us feel seen, heard and like a top priority.
Though the funds we received cannot take away what happened to my son, it does provide a great relief in knowing we can finally put this all behind us. Thanks to you, my son now has an opportunity to create a life that most kids his age will never have. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart.
