Super staff, under a bus load of people arriving. The four of us were under a time constraint for dinner reservations and a show. Many Thanks for working with us with our crabby attitude.
Rooms: Clean and available
Nearby activities: Paramount theater and Rein hous was yummy.

My wife and I stayed at Home2 Denver Downtown Convention Center a few weeks ago and we will not be staying here again. Overall the hotel is clean and in a great location but the most important part of a hotel stay, the room, was horrible.
PROS: hotel was clean, breakfast buffet has lots of options and is tasty. The gym facility is nice. Our room had a good view of the foothills.
CONS: Our room had all types of issues. Right away our tv would not turn off. Maintenance came up and worked on the cable box and replaced our remote, but throughout our stay the tv would turn out by itself in the middle of the night. We stayed for 4 nights and our room wasn't cleaned once, despite calling the front desk and specifically asking them to come by. To us, the most important part of a hotel room is being able to get a good night's sleep. Our room had no blackout blinds in the window (even though there were brackets where one used to be); we had to put a blanket over the window each night to block out the city lights. The air conditioner was very loud; louder than the window-mounted units you see in cheap motels. Also, our refrigerator kept making loud buzzer noises throughout the day and night, similar to the "wrong answer" buzzer on Family Feud. So did we sleep well during our stay? Not at all.
For the price there are way better places to stay around the Convention Center and I suggest visitors look elsewhere. I would expect this type of room in a motel, not for the price we paid.

Since my stay wasn't for vacation, but for living purposes after my apartment got flooded. The staff here went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. My room was quiet, clean and had a great view.
The front desk team was very helpful with any questions or concerns I had. Maddy always had a smile along with her great customer service skills. Brandon and Jeanette the hotel manager are also a great asset to the staff.
I got to know the valet staff after 12 days of staying there. They (Jefferey, Angel, Ronnie, Dru) always retrieved my car in a timely manner and were all so polite. They even plugged in my hybrid car for me!
I had such a great stay that I almost didn't want to go home!
