Wish I could give it zero stars. I had scheduled a move for this last Saturday and they did not show up. Can’t get ahold of anyone to understand what happened and to get a refund. Terrible service, terrible company. Do not use!

Prepare to wait an entire month between when your things arrive in Denver and when this company will actually bring it to your home. We are actually STILL waiting for ours to be delivered. Beyond frustrating knowing that all of our stuff is sitting just a few minutes away, but we can’t get them to tow the dang trailer here. Save yourself the aggravation, spend the extra little bit of money and go with Pods.

Worst experience ever. My things still haven't shown up. I've had to sleep on the floor waiting and now they say they DONT KNOW where my things are. No one has any answers. The worst company.

"we make moving easy" - Not so much. Look I'm not going to go on a whole rant of emotion. Here are the facts:
We moved from Jacksonville, FL to Denver, CO. The process was smooth during the majority of the initial part of the move but was beyond unacceptable during the final stages. Anyone in Denver Proper area needs to pull a permit to have the container delivered on the street or obstructing a sidewalk. (We knew this) We asked the CS Service to pull the permits. Pod shows up, no permit pulled, and then blames us for not pulling permit. CS initially gave us a 15% refund but still had to hold our stuff for an additional 10 days. We stated that we had more expenses because we couldn't get our stuff, CS gave an additional 5% and that was "all they could do."
Several times during the process we were always told we would get call backs. (never happened) the fact that 20% of the original quote was all that was compensated for complete negligence is beyond unacceptable. Definitely never using this company again and making sure everyone knows it. Call Pods and spend the extra money.
