This property is extremely less than desirable. The plumbing in my room was wretched. The bathtub was constantly running and it was more than a drip. Also, there was no hot water running in that bathtub. The bathroom sink did however have hot water. But, thick would not drain. Management did nothing about my complaints. While this location is extremely cost-effective, I could not even get the most basic services. staff upon check-in was also rude. Breakfast was pretty decent though.

We booked through hotels.com and the title said “Rodeway Inn-Quality Inn”. Not being from the area we assumed it was a name of the Quality Inn. The pictures looked nice but upon arrival I immediately could tell we got catfished.
The first evening I kept hearing noises, like something in the walls?
Around 2:45 AM I was awoken to my door handle rattling and someone trying to use our “do not disturb” tag to pick the lock.
By 3 AM I hear “POLICE FREEZE!” And a scuffle, next morning to see broken police walkie talkie pieces everywhere.
The next evening my husband continues to hear noises within the wall.
He looks outside to see 5 cops in the parking lot.
The next morning, we wake up to more noise, only to discover MICE in our food.
Location was nice and close to downtown. The front lady was nice and offered a refund for the stay, but I have to contact Hotels.Com which has been not helpful :)

Wow! Worst hotel experience of my life... I prepaid for our room only to find out it had been given away when we arrived. When I asked how this was possible, the staff was unapologetic and said "we tried to call you to tell you", with a tone that suggested losing our room were somehow our fault. When I explained that I had been on a plane at the time of the call and asked how could they give away a room that had been paid for she just simply said sorry, nothing I can do. On a night when there is literally not a single room in the city. Thank goodness we were able to contact a friend or we'd have been out on the streets with not so much as a cookie for our trouble. Horrible.

One of the absolute worst hotel stays I have ever had. Vomit in every parking space, mold on the ceilings and walls, construction past 7pm, parking is atrocious, breakfast was hot and served bland, screaming "residents". Pool and hot tub not usable, no bar, over priced everything. The only nice thing about this hotel is the veiw. Save your self $10 and stay down the road.

The worst experience ever, staff is rude and condise dining and the place is run down and shows negligence. The views of the city are great, the location is ok but the staff just needs to be replaced. Consider another hotel, not this one.
