Very rude lender that i spoke with. I told him i was 6 mo out from actually applying for a loan due to a few negative things on my credit, and high credit card usage. he wanted to pull my credit report. Instead i sent him screen shots of a report i had already pulled. He was rude about not being able to see the info he needed, so i sent him more detailed screen shots. He made a statement that made it seem as if i was not telling him everything on my credit, because why would one score be 25 points lower than the one i just screen shot him. Id had enough of his rudeness. If he couldn't respect my wish to not have my credit pulled, because i knew i wouldn't qualify today for a loan, then he should have given me some nice advice and asked me to call him back in 6 mo. That's customer service... not making people feel worthless! That's exactly how i feel after speaking with him. There are plenty of other companies to work with. Choose someone else!
