We had such a positive experience with Karla and the whole Kyte team while buying our first home. As we were new to this whole process, she explained everything clearly before we had even started looking at houses, and her advice definitely helped us see our options more clearly and realistically. When we did end up making an offer, she and her team were so communicative, and helped us tremendously through the whirlwind process of a 2 week close. Yes, that's right - our realtor recommended offering a 2 week close to help us get our house, and the Kyte team was able to make that happen. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy in the Denver area!!!

Karla and her team were absolutely fantastic. They were there for me from the beginning. My credit was not where it needed to be but Karla referred me to an agency to get me there. I was very happy that they took my best interests to heart to get me a great rate! I closed one month ago and the closing process was seamless! Highly recommend
