Save yourself the headache and pick any other company. This place has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. Youll hear yeah, we can do that and then just kidding we cant do that a few days later about 10 times over. Rob seems like a genuinely nice person but his specialty seems to be dancing around questions and we should have taken the hint. Even though we had all the signs to switch companies we stuck with them. Now that were under contract on a house we get a text saying they increased the down payment percentage from 10% to 20% 3 weeks ago and forgot to tell us. Dont let them be the reason you dont get to close on time or at all. I never leave bad reviews for any business but for this one Ill be filling a formal complaint.

Ive held off writing a review until now. After months of consideration my husband and I decided to apply through All Western Mortgage as we knew the loan officer. All documents and required information was filled out 12/4/23. Weve heard NOTHING from the mortgage company, loan officer. Login to the account and no progress whatsoever. My husband and I have reached out to the loan officer twice via email and responses from him are short with no clear information as to whats going on with our application. Ive tried to call the corporate number and Im told I need to follow up with the loan officer. The companys motto says something about not falling through the cracks. Our experience however has been nothing but being a number, and shoved aside. At this point weve decided to take our business elsewhere to a company who actually wants our business. Very disappointed.

Jeff and his team are really great to work with. Patient and thorough with our questions. We have worked with Jeff multiple times and always feel like he takes care of our best interests. Highly recommend!
