Claudia Lopez was amazing and will not work with anyone else. She was professional, very fast to respond and completed our loan in record time. I like that every document I submit to universal lending was encrypted through a secured link.

Universal Lending has been great through this whole process. The online tools are user-friendly and very easy to navigate. I don't there is anything that UL could have done to make this better.
