Quick summary: Very knowledgeable, very clear explanations, very patient, checks all the numbers.
I was referred to Tim by my realtor. I was a little skeptical when Tim told me himself that he had only been in the industry a few years, however, that skepticism was unnecessary as I quickly discovered Tim was very knowledgeable and great at explaining things. I'm in the financial industry myself, and am a numbers guy, yet Tim knew things I didn't know and was very patient with my questions. Tim personally checks all of the work done by his team at CC, and makes sure everything is in order before closing. At no point in time did I have any concern that Tim wasn't going to get stuff done and get it done right. I highly recommend Tim Bennet at Cherry Creek Mortgage.
