Kim McAleb is the very best. We recently purchased a home and Kim was with us every step of the way. She provides the best service and is knowledgeable. Worst refinance ever!! 1. Missing paper work on closing day! 2. They paid our previous mortgage late! 3. Won't help to fix their mistakes! First off there was missing paper work on closing day, so we had to fit another day of closing into our schedule! Second they paid our mortgage off late! The way I found out was by checking my credit report an seen I was 30 to 59 days late!! We made a call to Assurance so they can fix it. They sent over the wired transaction info but it didn't say what time it was sent and the mortgage company needed that, so we tried numerous times to get that with no luck and now they won't even return our calls! We closed late June and this problem is still not resolved! I have late payments across all three credit agency's with a 90 point drop in my score!!! I have not had a late payment in over 10 years and now I might have one for the next 7 years! I have disputed the late payments with the agency's with no luck! Now I will have to take legal action!
