They were quick with the approval, but come closing, they did not have clear to close and had to guarantee the money themselves. Now over a month later they can not get the mortgage sold and are asking for documents still. Monies came from a gift from a relative and now they want to know all about the relatives finances. Not really happy after being in the home for over a month and it sounds like things are still not settled. They work in good faith, just want to be done with the back and forth.

Nick is amazing! He contacted me immediately after I submitted my inquiry (which other lenders definitely did NOT do), and after our very first conversation I felt at ease and confident about our loan process. Nick never left me hanging when I had any questions and made the first time homebuyer process a breeze. I felt like I was talking to a friend whenever we spoke.
