I applied for a re-finance during the COVID-19 lock-down. It was a very difficult time to apply for a loan due to lenders having issues and changing policies, appraisers afraid to enter homes, the fed changing interest rates continuously, rate lock issues, job income changing, etc. In spite of all that, Apex Mortgage Brokers and Scott Selden worked relentlessly and aggressively to work around obstacles and eventually secure my rate and 30-yr fixed loan. Scott was diligent and timely about returning all calls and emails, and was very generous with his time to discuss matters and explain the process and issues that were ongoing as a result of COVID. A I was fortunate to have Scott Selden as my broker during that difficult time, and I may not have been able to secure a loan otherwise.
