Larry Elwood is responsive, professional, and sincere. Beyond that - a super nice guy, a pleasure to work with! He patiently listens and goes above and beyond to make sure a deal gets completed. He readily consults, confirms details with others when not 100% sure of an answer. He searches long and hard to maximize benefit to his clients. Larry is the best! He's knowledgeable, professional, and just a really down-to-earth guy. My husband and I wandered into one of his open houses one day, and while the house was not for us, we knew that Larry was likely going to be our realtor. We had just started house hunting, and had a vague idea of what we were looking for, but Larry asked all the right questions to really hone in on which neighborhoods we should be checking out. We clicked right off the bat, so we got ourselves formally set up with Larry when we got home that evening. He sent us some listings that met our criteria, as well as set us up with a search engine if we wanted to do our own searching. We saw a few houses that first week, and we ended up making an offer just a few days after establishing our relationship with Larry - talk about quick!Larry was there for us every step of the way throughout the closing process. We got so lucky! Feeling so fortunate that I yelped PorchLight, gave a call, and reached Larry Elwood. Can't imagine a more pleasant, knowledgeable, hard-working real estate agent. We are buyers about to close on a Cap Hill property. The search was just the tip of the iceberg, it turns out. Larry diligently attended to every imaginable detail of the process from offer to closing, many that we would not have thought to attend to. Any home purchase or sale is a stressful venture, but with Larry on our side, it was so much better than we imagined. Highly recommend!
