Horrible, we have owned two units and one of them sold due to the HOA board. The HOA board will hunt you down for everything including your own parking space. They put in charge retired people who are bored and look for every little thing just to hunt you down with tickets and warning letters. The swimming pool is even worse, descrimination at its best. If they dont like you for what ever reason good luck, your life will be a living hell. We still own one unit and will not sell but be aware they are acting like you renters not owners. Go figure! I expected that rules have to be followed and respected but this place is crazy, very disturbing. My dads car has been vandalized twice. My husband got hit with a car right in front of a stop sign. I had a HOA member drunk showing at my door demanding to show him my title so he can make sure i can park at MY spot. Think twice

Been renting a townhouse here for a year. It's a nice neighborhood with gating which is nice, makes you feel a little safer (though we have heard gunshots before, it's not a great part of town) the neighbors have all been friendly, however other comments are right about the parking tickets. There's no extra parking for residents so if you're unlucky enough to have a short driveway that doesn't fit cars you're SOL and have to park down on the street (really sucks walking up the hill in wintertime). I got one ticket and called the guy, he told me to park down by the tennis courts if I didn't want more tickets, then proceeded to ticket me again for parking there. You can't dispute the tickets unless the owner of the property can appear before the board. Whoever is in charge of parking tickets must have nothing better to do and really loves writing them, I got three within the first couple weeks of living here. I also got yelled at (not sure by who) because my patents came to visit and they parked for a few minutes in front of the house so my dad (who is disabled, the car has a disability tag) could get into the house, as all the close visitor spots were taken. My question is why do I always see the same cars in some visitor spots and they don't get in trouble? Why do some people get away with parking on the sidewalk every day, but I get yelled at because my disabled parent parked there for ten minutes? It's a cute and well kept neighborhood but I'd never buy in here because of honestly stupid little things like that. They get bent out of shape over little things when it comes to renters or newer residents. BTW most of these pictures have nothing to do with hunt club.

There's no extra parking for residents so if you're unlucky enough to have a smaller driveway or a truck like me you will end up just stacking tickets. The only place to park is on the main road on Quebec or by the tennis courts which has been occupied by a full dump container for months. You can get ticketed for parking visitors spots, parking in fire lanes, as well tickets for cars who block the sidewalk off their driveway. I have many pictures of neighbors doing such things most days and they never receive tickets. It really isn’t fair the way the go around handing these tickets out. Roger the property manger said they have people who go around every couple hours but that’s not true because more people would be receiving tickets. I got one ticket and called Roger (The properties Manager). And he said I couldn’t do anything about it since I wasn’t the owner. You can't dispute the tickets unless the owner of the property can appear before the board in my case our owner lives in Hawaii.
