It's in the middle of a business day in afternoon, during the week, and no one is answering my repeated calls, I was phoning in, to check on when I can use their wash, fold and dry services, and to set up a drop off time, and to get info about, when i could come back to pick up my laundry, when it was all done, but apparently, they are not interested in my money, or my business. So, I will go somewhere else. How idiotic to advertise for a service you have no intention of providing.

If you really got to go to a laundromat and you have no other choice, this is okay. Place to go but is expensive and the machines are very iffy. One bonus is that they do have a quarter pusher machine, but if you look at the picture that I included this, it looks like it's kind of rigged the $100 bill and the $20 bill. No matter how many quarts you put in, it'll probably never move

Ive left a review before but really wanted to drop a new one in response to some of the lower ratings Ive seen.
I love this laundromat! Months ago I had an issue with an employee being rude and left a review shortly after. Ryan, the owner, reached out immediately to called me. Considering it was a Google review with simply my name and no contact, I can tell he really went through the effort to be sure to find my contact details (probably from past times Ive done drop off for my clothing).
That aside, he and his employees are pleasant very friendly. I dont he wash/fold service often so most of them know me by name now. Im always pleased with my laundry when I pick up. Havent had a chance to do my own laundry there but my neighbors all have good things to say about using the facilities.
In regards to one mention about the dryers, sometimes with dryers at the laundromat you have to make sure to have them set to the correct amount of time to dry clothing completely. Im not sure how the dryers are there, but other laundromats Ive used before sometimes need you to add additional coins or credit to increase the time/heat levels.
Anyways, this is a rather long review but I really encourage anyone thinking of stopping by to try this laundromat out. I love how welcome I feel, you can tell the employees seem happy, and the owner really cares about the business and making sure his customers are happy.
