Brandy is amazing and really takes her time to get the perfect shape & makes sure you are completely satisfied with your microblading. Ive received so many compliments on how natural and great my eyebrows look! Brandy is meticulous & a master of her craft!!

Brandy is the most unprofessional person I have EVER come across. She did a wonderful job microblading the first session but I suspect the ink she used was too light because she said she would have to redo during follow up. (I did tell her I went to pilates on the sixth day but that it was a stretching class so no sweating happened.) Also she cancelled follow up to go to her son's football game. I said that was fine because it involved her son despite my surprise as games are scheduled in advance and not a surprise. Then she cancelled second follow up because her dog was sick. (Again, these things happen but she said dog was sick all night prior and she didn't contact me until I was on my way.) This happened time and time again....once I waited 20m minutes in waiting room only for her to tell me she didn't have time (even though I texted her when I arrived). She cancelled to go out of town. She moved locations and didn't notify me (I have a confirmation text with the wrong location). I have been waiting for five months to get follow up. I asked for refund and she has not responded. At this point I'm afraid the only way to recoup my money is to try to get in (if she ever follows through) but I am scared that she won't be professional/do a good job at this point.
