image I was brought by ambulance for an undisclosed diagnosis. The er was great. Got to my room and Abby the intake nurse was great. I was an extreme fall risk and had to remind everyone. I had to ask for a hospital gown. When I pressed the call bell it took several minutes to get answered. I would ask for simple items like ice and waited over an hour and had to ask again. Some of the aides were very helpful but some seemed put out. I am a nurse. I should not have to remind them I was a fall risk. I was discharged and did not get all my medications sent to the pharmacy. I guess I do without until I see my PCP. I hope I don't need to go back at all.

image Went in for sharp chest pains. While waiting for 2.5 hours during this time I passed out in the waiting chair from one of the sharp pains in my chest and 30 min later they released me. Kinda scared now how bad the care here was. Went elsewhere and got the medical issue resolved.
Update. Now 2years later and I just got the bill from a debt collection agency for a part that was never billed to me from the original billing. For $60. Got a hit on my credit for 60 bucks because they can't send a bill to the contract info they had used for the other bills I had already paid. This place is everything wrong with the medical Industry.

image I went into the emergency department tonight because I fell and found out I have 3 brokehave 3 broken ribs. Or fractured ribs. The Doctor was definitely medically gaslighting me. I literally Can hardly breathe and am barely able to sit or lay down and have a 4 year old and a 1year old and I am not able to cought, Laugh, sneeze basically anything.I do hurts very very bad period tomorrow I will be spending a lot of my day
Researching, exactly who I need to file complaints with to make sure that this doesn't happen to anyone else because it is unacceptable. I'm suffering and he did not care at all. I told him I was taking Tylenol and ibuprofen already together and it was not doing anything for me at all and that I was still in a lot of pain. He didn't give me anything to help me. .Literally not even when I was in the hospital.. I basically just wasted my time going in there to find out that I had 3 fractured ribs and got no help with the pain at all and to top it all off he sent my prescriptions a pharmacy that's not open to night. So i'm going to have to suffer all night until the pharmacy opens He kept guess he likes to make people suffer. I don't know what kind of Doctor does that but apparentl North suburban isn't the best place to go if you have an injury of that nature
